The Pearl Current is BellaVille’s summer passage — a season of memory, movement, discovery, and return.
It begins at the water’s edge: sunlit shells, pearl-lit coves, tide-worn keepsakes, seaside gatherings, and the quiet pull of everything we carry beneath the surface.
Now, as the season opens, its pieces are being gathered into The Pearl Current Cabinet: a summer archive of invitations, party goods, visual assets, reflective companions, and decorative treasures shaped by BellaVille’s coastal world.

The artwork of The Pearl Current is gathered here in motion—animated and woven into a continuous journey through pearl-lit shores, memory, movement and return. The film is accompanied by my vocal performance of “Lantern Drift,” a song created as part of the collection’s musical world.
Together, image and song offer another way to enter the story: not simply to read or observe it, but to drift through its atmosphere for a little while.
